Ever decreasing player lists have implications for all six clubs within the NMFL. With the majority of the NMFL reliant on farming, the last couple of dry years impact on Football Clubs, particularly those further inland. The overall Best & Fairest winner at Wesfarmers Landmark Countryweek Carnival was Peter Machin of Carnamah/Perenjori. Haydn Bussenschutt of Three Springs took out Best & Fairest for the League with Cliff Jones of Mingenew going back-to-back in the Reserves competition. Mingenew create history winning their third consecutive premiership flag. Coorow/Latham easily win the Reserves Flag, their first since 1991.
