The Reserves Best and Fairest for the Bill Stokes Memorial Trophy was once again won by Cliff Jones of Mingenew. Cliff captained his side to the First Semi-Final for 2003 and will be a player to watch in the upcoming Preliminary Final. Cliff has once again shown that the more senior players in this competition can still hold their own among the youth of the area.
