Umpires are an integral part of football and with this in mind the North Midlands football League are keen to raise the Umpires Profile throughout this League.
Headed by Bruce McVee, the Umpires throughout this League have introduced a greater understanding between themselves, supporters, players and Club Officials. The "abuse of Umpires" heard about in other Leagues is a rarity within the NMFL and with the continuing support of all members of the football community within the NMFL, this aspect of the game should die a natural death.
