Bruce McVee was elected as the NMFL Umpires Co-Ordinator for 2003. Bruce has a wealth of experience in the field of umpiring having umpired over 7oo games of Country Football. His policies of the three 'c' [Control, Consistency and Communication] are being encouraged with all umpires and this is being well received by players and spectators alike. These policies combined with Bruce's fantastic sense of humour will ensure the continuation of greater understanding by all involved with football within the North Midlands.
